How Much Money is Owed to Me

Image
My Financial Past Mistakes So my financial past is like everyone else's in this world who is too nice and we make mistakes because we are too nice.  I will list several places/individuals whom I know owe me money. Those Who Owe Me Person 1 = $400 I loaned to this person and never got the money back even though I tried. I was trying to be nice and the person didn't care. This happened years ago. Person 2 = $400 I paid a person in advance to get materials to build a shed and the person took advantage of me and didn't do anything and didn't give me my money back. Maybe 2 years ago. Person 3 = $400 and the person said I would get my money back. It happened in 2023. No, it isn't the incident with the PayPal Sanam!!! It is something else. Thank you for being so honest Sanam. At least Christians in Pakistan are very honest. I can't mention who this person is who owes me the money but I have since discovered the person is a true narcissist. I have reported this as a cri

I am a Blogger/YouTube Creator

My Longtime Work as a Survey Panelist For many years, at least 30 years now I have been a survey panelist, and being a survey panelist is the most underpaid profession in existence. For 2 years now I have been trying to leave all surveys behind and just be a blogger and or YouTube creator. I have watched videos on how to be a successful blogger or video creator. First I want to explain that a survey panelist has to deal with shady companies who give you a long list of questions for you to qualify or disqualify for a survey.  It happens a lot that you get disqualified after 30 minutes of questions which is so unfair to the panelist.  If a company decides to pay for the survey, the pay can range from 10 cents to $1 for 20 minutes or $1 for 30 minutes. Very seldom is it more than that so this is a confusing and losing kind of job to do. I don't know why survey panelists aren't valued more and they need to be. Even the minimum wage doesn't pay enough to be able to make it in

The Cost of Immigration at the US/Mexico Border

Image
The Migrants at the US/Mexico Border The people at the US border to Mexico want to immigrate legally but it is so expensive and they don't have the funds to pay the fees to legally immigrate to the United States. Not having enough income/money in Mexico is the #1 reason they want to immigrate in the first place to find jobs in the USA. Not all migrants at the border are Mexican and many are from other countries also. The Camel and the Eye of the Needle Message  I post about the poor because Jesus cares about the poor and it is evident in the Bible that He does. He says to the rich man to give his wealth to the poor but he refuses Jesus says it is so difficult for a wealthy man to give up his wealth that it becomes as difficult as a camel passing through the eye of a needle and a camel can't pass through the eye of a needle and we all know that. It was a great example, a perfect example of how difficult it is for the wealthy to give up their wealth. "Liberty and Justice for

Increasing Property Taxes

Image
Introduction about How Taxes Have Risen The YouTube channel "Off Grid with Doug and Stacy talks about, among other things, how the rate of taxes in America is always on the increase. Doug and Stacy have an off-the-grid farm in the Midwest. The videos on this YouTube channel are valuable to those who care about living off the grid and not being subjected to the constant increase in property taxes and other costs. Doug and Stacy do escape much of the expenses that one has to pay in the grid but they cannot escape the increasing taxes that everyone, including this couple, has to pay.  Note If you like my content please subscribe, follow, and share my content. An Utopian Government Suggestion

What does a Utopian and Righteous Government look like? The most important issue/benefit would be that the bills in this country would be charged according to people's income.  If you are low-income, then you don't pay taxes on food, housing, clothes, school items, healthcare, etc. and their housing costs get controlled by the government and the cost cannot go above what this family can afford. If taxes are required then only a small percentage. If you are medium income then you pay only a percentage of the above-mentioned items. Also, their taxes and costs are controlled to a standard that they can afford. If you are wealthy with a mansion then you need to pay the highest tax on everything. The Cost of Living Expenses in the United States in 2023

Image
This is How the High Cost of Living Affects Americans 1) Homeownership Expenses Homeownership is very expensive now in America. This includes the land the home is sitting on. The Average Home Price in the United States in 2023 Average home prices are about $416,100 in 2023. The median home sales price is $416,100 as of the second quarter of 2023. That's a 26% increase from 2020, when the median was $329,000. Note: All these high prices are constantly going up including all the other costs mentioned below. 2) Yearly Land and Home Tax  As an example, the median real estate tax paid in the United States overall was $2,971 (a year and going up constantly), while the median home value was $268,800. That makes the effective property tax rate for the United States 1.11%. 3) Yearly Upkeep of Your Home How to work home maintenance into your budget. As a general rule, you should expect your annual home maintenance costs to amount to 1% to 4% of your home's value. This means if your home

The Positives and Negatives of Inflation

Image
How Inflation/Recession Benefits the People Positives for Low-Income/Poor People Less money to eat out and being forced to eat at home is a healthier option. Maybe some people may also grow a garden which is even healthier (as long as the water bill stays stable). Being healthier also means no longer having to go to the doctor for illnesses caused by unhealthy fast food, etc. People can't afford expensive doctor visits anyway as it stands now. People are much less able to afford car insurance or buy cars and now ride the bus or bicycles. This is a healthier option for them both physically and financially and it benefits the environment. People won't be able to afford to buy a home so realtors lose money and go bankrupt but the people will do well not having to worry about having to pay huge costs for home ownership. This will lead people to better sleep not having to worry about the payments. ======================================================= The Downside/Negatives of In
